EDIS allows users to download board schedules into an Excel format.
This feature can be used to download, edit and then upload distribution board schedules, making it quick and easy to update the board and circuit details.
If a board needs to be copied to a new building, then the same process can be used. However, the building name must be changed before uploading the board.
Here are the steps:
- Select the building containing the distribution board
- Download the distribution board to Excel- see screenshot
- Open the Excel file and change the building name – see screenshot
- Select the new building
- Upload the distribution board – see screenshot
