To fix the sign in with Google authorisation problem that gives the message::” An error has occurred, that’s all we know.”
Steps to fix the issue:
Go to Google and reset your EDIS app access permissions: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/112802?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop
The reset requires that you remove access for EDIS signing in with Google
If you no longer want to use your Google Account to sign in to a third-party app or service, you can remove access.
- Open your Google Account. You might need to sign in.
- Choose Security.
- Scroll down to “Signing in to other sites” and choose Signing in with Google.
- Choose the app or service you want to remove Remove Access.
After resetting the access, goto the EDIS login page and click the sign in with Google https://edis.electricalcertificates.co.uk/login
