REMEDIAL STATUS REPORT – CERTIFICATE RAG AND TRAFFIC LIGHTS

Traffic light RAG indicator on the certificate list

The traffic light only appear AFTER a certificate has been complete and signed of by the tester.

The traffic light has two parts – the Red, Amber or Green Colour and the number.

The RAG colour code is explained in the table below:

Table – Cert RAG status

The remedial status for each certificate can be seen on the certificate list:

  1. click signed original tab
  2. Filter on Condition Reports
  3. Shows the RAG status
  4. Shows the number of open items
  5. Provides a Excel download of the list of actions

 

The detailed list of the Actions Required can be viewed and downloaded:

  1. Click the Actions Required main menu
  2. Click reports to download the report
  3. Click Edit to edit an item, close or update the comments
