Problem: : Unable to complete my draft certificate as it keep saying ‘Building Responsible Person Email does not seem to be valid!’
The basic information page requires an email address for the person requesting the report, i.e. the Responsible Person. To resolve the problem, enter an email address into the Client email field.
- Click on the ‘edit pen’ in the details of client form:
2. Enter the emails in the “Responsible person email” field.
The stakeholder emails can include one or more other persons that may be involved in the work.
The email can then be used to report any observations and recommendations and follow up actions required as described here.
