Adding and Reporting on Building Notes

EDIS provides a feature for capturing notes associated with a building, these can include comments, updates and any other information relating to a building.

Any user can add a comment.  The comments can be deleted by the building administrators.  Key events, like completing a certificate or reverting the certificate to draft are also included in the Building Notes.

Steps to add a building note:

  1. Select and Estate
  2. Select a Building 
  3. Add a note:
  4. Click Save.
  5. Building Administrators can delete a comment, so any deletions please contact the Building Administrator or support@electricalcertificates.co.uk
  6. The Building Notes can be downloaded.  The List Building Notes link is on the bottom right hand side of the Dashboard page.
