Sign In with Microsoft is not working

When using the link https://edis.electricalcertificates.co.uk/login I’m currently unable to sign in to the application  EdisAccessUsingMicrosoftAuthentication via Microsoft login. The error message indicates that the Azure AD application has been disabled.

Here are the details from the error screen:

Could you please check whether this application was intentionally disabled, and if not, re-enable it in Microsoft Entra under:

Enterprise Applications → Search by Application ID → Properties → Set “Enabled for users to sign in?” to Yes
